Look how much variety we captured in just one mini session! The Rangel family’s highlights session is the perfect reminder that even in a short amount of time, we can create a gallery full of memories to treasure.
I first met Samantha through a mutual friend who goes to my church here in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Our time together was planned pretty last-minute—Samantha was preparing for a major procedure and wanted to freeze some joyful moments with her family before life got turned upside down. I’m so glad we made it happen.
During their Virginia Beach family photo session, we celebrated, laughed, played, prayed, and soaked in the sweetness of just being together. Samantha and Mike are incredible parents, and Bella and Mikey? Truly the sweetest kids ever. They listened, laughed, and leaned right into every prompt, making the whole experience effortless.
One of my favorite parts of being a Virginia Beach family photographer is making sure everyone gets their own little spotlight. I love capturing:

Just the siblings together (future wedding slideshow material, right?!)
And, of course, a few shots of just mom and dad—it’s so easy for parents to get left out of the frame, but those moments matter too.
